2026年了，网上还在传2018年的SEO教程。什么「关键词密度3%-8%」、「每天发外链」、「百度推送秒收录」——这些东西我一个个试过，结论跟那些教程写的不太一样。
先说背景。我手头有七个站，两个企业官网、三个行业垂直站、两个个人博客。从去年11月开始做系统性测试，每个站用不同的优化策略，观察了半年多的排名变化。下面说的「管用」和「废了」，不是猜的，是拿站点排名的实际波动对照出来的。
仍然管用（2026实测有效）
1. 标题包含核心关键词
百度依然吃这一套。我拿同一个内容分别用「包含关键词的标题」和「花哨标题」发到两个站上，前者平均排名比后者高出8-12位。不是小差距。百度页面源码里
标签的权重没降过。</p><p>但别写成「北京SEO优化公司_北京SEO服务_北京网站优化排名」这种。2026年了，堆关键词的标题看着就low，用户不想点，点了也很快跳出。一两个核心词，自然地嵌进去就行。</p><p><strong>2. 内容原创度</strong></p><p>这个比我想象的重要。去年底我拿AI批量生成了30篇文章，发到新站上，前两周还有收录，第三周开始掉——不是个别页面掉，是一批一批地掉。百度现在的AI内容识别能力比2023年强太多。</p><p>反过来，我花了三天手写的一篇行业分析，到现在还在首页挂着。百度在2024-2025年期间明显升级了原创识别算法，泛泛而谈、没增量信息的内容，发再多也不会有排名。</p><p><strong>3. 页面加载速度</strong></p><p>我专门做过对比：同一个模板的两篇文章，一篇页面的服务器响应时间在200ms以内，另一篇故意放到了响应时间1.8秒的机器上。两周后，慢的那篇排名掉了6位，快的稳在那。</p><p>百度现在对加载速度极其敏感。一个站慢，影响的不是某一个页面，而是全站的整体权重。移动端的首屏加载时间是重点——超过2.5秒基本就别想好排名了。</p><p><strong>4. HTTPS + 移动适配</strong></p><p>这俩属于基础分。做了不加分（因为大家都做了），但没做直接扣。去年帮一个客户从HTTP迁到HTTPS，迁移完一个月，核心词排名升了大概5-8位。不是HTTPS本身多厉害，是之前被HTTP「拖累」了。</p><p>移动适配也一样。百度从2019年就开始推移动优先索引，到了2026年，PC端做得再好，移动端体验烂的站照样被按在地上摩擦。用百度资源平台里的移动适配检测工具跑一遍，红色报错全部改掉，这是底线。</p><p><strong>5. 内链结构合理</strong></p><p>相关文章互链这一招六年没变过，依然有效。我在一个垂直站里做了交叉内链矩阵——每篇文章至少链向3篇相关内容，同时被至少2篇链回。三个月后，整站的平均排名提升了约15%。</p><p>关键不是链得多，是链得对。瞎链一堆不相关的页面，不如不链。用户点进去发现文不对题，跳出率飙高，效果是反的。</p><h2>效果减弱</h2><p><strong>1. 关键词密度</strong></p><p>以前SEO教程写的那套「关键词密度控制在3%-8%」已经不管用了。我试过把密度做到5%，也试过完全不管密度、自然写作。排名没差。反而刻意堆密度的页面，被百度降了两次。</p><p>2026年的逻辑是：密度太高扣分，密度太低不扣。与其纠结百分比，不如保证标题和首段自然出现关键词就行。</p><p><strong>2. 外链数量</strong></p><p>以前做站群互链、买外链包那套已经废了。我现在一个站总共就十几个外链，但都是行业媒体和知名博客的自然反链，排名比之前两百多个垃圾外链时好得多。质量远大于数量。垃圾外链不仅没帮助，还被百度当负面信号。</p><p><strong>3. 百度收录推送</strong></p><p>2023年的时候，百度资源平台的普通收录推送基本能做到秒收。现在不是了。我这半年推送的页面，最快也要等两三个小时，慢的要等一两天。推送还是有用的——比不推送收录快——但别指望秒收了。百度现在对推送进来的内容也会先做质量评估再决定收不收。</p><h2>已经废了</h2><p><strong>1. 关键词堆砌</strong></p><p>不用说了。2026年堆关键词，百度秒识别、直接降权。试过在一个测试页面的底部塞了二十几个相关词，三天后页面从搜索结果里消失了。</p><p><strong>2. 隐藏文字/隐藏链接</strong></p><p>2026年的百度蜘蛛基本上等于半个浏览器。CSS隐藏文字、display:none塞链接、font-size:0这些玩法，蜘蛛全能看到。我测过三种隐藏方式，每种都在72小时内被识别并降权。</p><p><strong>3. 大量低质量页面</strong></p><p>去年帮人处理过一个站：2000多个页面，其中1700个是AI批量生成的没什么信息量的内容。百度直接给了全站降权，核心词排名掉了二十多位。删掉垃圾页面、提交死链之后，过了两个月才慢慢恢复。</p><p>百度现在对「用数量堆权重」这种策略的打击力度很大。你的站里只要垃圾页面占比过高，好页面的排名也会被拖累。</p><p><strong>4. 友链交换群</strong></p><p>微信群里「换友链」的那套基本失效了。我测过：同一个站，加了30个友链群换来的链接，对比只保留3个真正相关行业的友链，排名没任何提升。非相关行业的友链，百度现在直接忽略。</p><h2>2026年到底该怎么做</h2><p>说点实际的。我跑了半年测试下来，总结就三层：</p><p>第一层：内容。你得写出别人写不出来的东西。行业经验、一手数据、真实案例——这些东西AI生成不了。一篇文章发出去，同行看了觉得「这东西有用，我要收藏」，这就算过关了。</p><p>第二层：体验。移动端打开要快，排版要干净，没有弹窗广告糊脸，用户能找到他想要的信息。这些东西听起来跟SEO没关系，但百度的算法已经在往这个方向走了。</p><p>第三层：技术。标题标签、内链、结构化数据、HTTPS。这些是基础保障，不出错就行。别在这上面花太多时间——你把标题优化得再完美，内容不行照样排不上去。</p><p>说到底，SEO不是玄学。就是把你该做的事做好：写对用户有用的内容，保证网站跑得快、看着舒服。那些想走捷径的——堆词、买链、批量生成——2026年百度基本都能识别了。</p><p>搜索引擎越来越像一个人在判断你的站值不值得看。你琢磨的是怎么骗过它，它琢磨的是怎么更像人。你跑不过的。</p> <div class="topic-content">
